With the theme \u2018Development and Sustainability through Tunnels and Underground Structures\u2019<\/strong>, the 6th Brazilian Congress on Tunnels and Underground Structures and the International Latin American Tunnelling Seminar (6th CBT-LAT 2024) will bring together renowned names from the tunnelling industry around the world. Sixteen key topics<\/strong> will be covered for professionals in the field of underground structures. The meeting will present new technologies and trends in the areas of tunnelling design, construction, maintenance and operation. Debates, exchange of experiences and technical updates will also be part of the two events.<\/p>\n

In addition to the technical papers from Brazil and Latin America, which promise to repeat the success of the 5th Congress in 2021, there will be lectures by renowned national and international experts and debates on current issues, as well as exhibitions of products, services and equipment, and technical visits.<\/p>\n

A period has been set aside for a refresher course in tunnelling, taught by renowned Brazilian and international professionals in tunnelling engineering.<\/p>\n

The organisation of the 6th CBT and LAT 2025 is counting on the active and motivated participation of the Brazilian and Latin American technical community so that the Congress results in an excellent exchange of experiences and knowledge, as well as excellent networking for all participants.<\/p>\n

The Brazilian Tunnelling Committee, which is part of the Brazilian Association of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ABMS), is pleased to invite the entire technical community to get involved now by registering for and presenting papers at the 6th CBT, which is due to take place at a turning point in the areas of infrastructure, with the return of investment in urban mobility projects and works, and in the areas of energy, mining and sanitation, oil and gas, among others.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Com o tema \u201cInovando em obras subterr\u00e2neas para um futuro melhor\u201d, o 5\u00ba Congresso Brasileiro de T\u00faneis e Estruturas Subterr\u00e2neas (5\u00ba CBT) ir\u00e1 reunir nomes consagrados da ind\u00fastria de t\u00faneis em todo mundo. Ser\u00e3o abordados 12 temas fundamentais para os profissionais da \u00e1rea de estruturas subterr\u00e2neas.<\/p>

Haver\u00e1, no encontro, a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o de novas tecnologias e tend\u00eancias nas \u00e1reas de projeto, constru\u00e7\u00e3o, manuten\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o de t\u00faneis. Debates, interc\u00e2mbio de experi\u00eancias e atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica tamb\u00e9m far\u00e3o parte dos dois eventos.<\/p>

Al\u00e9m dos trabalhos t\u00e9cnicos do Brasil e da Am\u00e9rica Latina, que prometem repetir o sucesso do 4\u00ba Congresso, ocorrido em 2017, ser\u00e3o proferidas confer\u00eancias de especialistas consagrados, nacionais e internacionais, e realizados debates de temas atuais, al\u00e9m da exposi\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos, servi\u00e7os e equipamentos, e visitas t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>
