*** For all categories, authors whose articles are approved in the final stage will receive a 20% discount on the category fee, according to the dates listed in the table above. This discount is valid only for the author who submitted the work and is not cumulative if the same author submits multiple works. If the work is not approved, the difference in price will be charged. If the participant has not yet paid for the registration, the amount charged will refer to the value in the table on that day. If the registration has already been paid, the difference charged will refer to the value in the table on the day of registration. Ex.: Approved work - Student - R$ 490.00 -20% = R$ 392.00; Ex.: Rejected work - Student - R$ 490.00 - R$ 392.00 = R$ 98.00 (amount to be paid);

Registration Rules

  • - Undergraduate and postgraduate students with exclusive dedication must obligatorily attach proof of category. The following are accepted as proof of category: declaration of link with the higher education institution, photo of the institution's ID card containing the student's full name, name of the institution and current validity date, payment slip for the monthly fee with proof of payment of the same or another document containing the student's information, name of the institution and current validity date. The following will not be accepted as proof of categories: photos, documents without the name of the institution, payment slip for the monthly fee without proof of payment.
  • - Professionals associated with CBT, ABMS and all sister entities, must prove their link by attaching proof of payment of the 2024/2025 annual fee. Failure to send proof of category at the time of registration will not allow the registration to continue.

  • - Bank slip (due within 3 days of issuance),
  • - Debit and credit card (cash);
  • - Commitment/Payment order
  • * For payment by commitment, follow the instructions below:

  • - Register each of the participants through the system;
  • - In the payment method, select the commitment option;
  • - send to the email [email protected] the names of the participants and the CPF;
  • - request the necessary documentation for the ABMS registration with the paying entity,
    IMPORTANT- ABMS is a non-profit entity and does not issue an Invoice, only a receipt;
  • - once the commitment and payment order is ready, send it by email so that we can regularize the registration in the system;
  • - Only registrations with payment by Commitment/Payment order will be accepted until February 10, 2024.

Important Observations

  • - Payment of registrations by bank slip can only be made until March 3, 2025.
  • - Register in advance, as places for the event are subject to the capacity of the venue.
  • - The participant registration includes: participant kit and certificate (digital).
  • - The certificate will be made available on the event's official website, through the participant's area, after the event ends and must be collected within six months after the event. Pay attention to the correct filling out of your data, thus avoiding that your certificate comes out with incorrect data.

Refund Policy

In case of withdrawal within 7 consecutive days after payment, the participant may request a full refund according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. The refund will be made within 7 business days. The participant must send the email requesting the refund and insert the bank details to [email protected].

For requests sent after the 7-day period, 50% of the value paid for the congress registration will be refunded within 30 days after the event ends. Requests can only be made until February 17, 2025, after this date there will be no more refunds.

Registration Exchange

To make the registration change, it is necessary that the withdrawing congressperson send an email requesting the substitution, informing the name and CPF of the new congressperson, email and category of the new congressperson. The exchange can only be made with another participant in the same category.

Badge Duplicate

The badge is issued at the event secretariat at the time of accreditation. We are not responsible for the loss of the badge provided at the accreditation. The issuance of the 2nd copy will be made upon payment of a new registration.
